ELF Communication Productions
Fran Borre and her colleagues, Elizabeth Criswell and Lucille McAlister, established “ELF Communication Productions” (“E”lizabeth, “L”ucille and “F”ran) which produces interpreter training videos/DVDs in order to help interpreters develop and improve their skills. Fran, Elizabeth and Lucille each had Deaf parents and were close friends for years. They are very skilled interpreters. Together, they have had many years of experience with interpreting, establishing standards for certification, and providing training. Their materials were available through ELF for many years. Click here for adobe.pdf flyer. Lucille McAlister died in the summer of 2010.
